Scope Of Services
 
 Purpose of Program

This program is designed to thoroughly analyze every paragraph of Sub-Clauses in the International Standard Conditions of Contracts for Construction/ Design-Build/ EPC and many others. Therefore students are strongly encouraged to prepare and review their homework and to actively participate in the class discussion. Students who are successful in passing the evaluation at the end of the program will be certified as either ¡®Contract Administration & Claim Professional¡¯ or ¡®Contract Administration Professional¡¯

 Curriculum of Program
  • Contract Administration: Construction Contract Law, Standard Conditions of Contracts, Contract Risk Analysis, International Trade
  • Claims: Variations, Quantum, Claim Documentations, Case Analysis, Time Impact Analysis
  • Dispute Resolution: Adjudication, Arbitration
 Schedule of Program
  • One year program with 5 hour class on Saturday for 40 weeks (200 hours in all)
  • At Cplus Academy established in the Head Office of Cplus International Co., Ltd.
  • The number of students is limited within 20 persons who are qualified in English proficiency and good at understanding engineering and contractual terminology.
 Certification
  • Students who have attended classes more than 160 hours out of 200 hour program and passed the evaluation will be certified as either ¡ºContract Administration & Claim Professional / CACP¡»or¡ºContract Administration Professional / CAP¡».
 
 Purpose of Program

This program is designed to familiarize veterans in overseas construction with International Standard Conditions of Contract for Construction. Students who are successful in passing the evaluation at the end of the program will be named as member of Cplus Consulting Expert Group.

 Curriculum of Program
  • Contract Administration: Standard Conditions of Contract, Contract Risk Analysis, Letter Writing
  • Claims: Variations, Claim Documentation, Case Study
  • Dispute Resolution: Adjudication, Arbitration
 Schedule of Program
  • 6 month program with 3 hours class on Wednesday for 20 weeks (60 hours in all). Two classes will be operated for the first
    half of a year and the second half.
  • At Cplus Academy established in the Head Office of Cplus International Co., Ltd.
  • The number of students is limited within 20 persons who are qualified in English proficiency and had been with
    construction and engineering companies for more than 20 years specializing in at least one of the areas in management, business, financing, accounting, civil engineering, architecture, mechanical, electricity, QA, QC, HSE, procurement, schedule management.
 
 Purpose of Program

This program is designed for Client to select program duration and place, and any Standard Conditions of Contract or any contract for a particular project as discussion subject at his sole discretion so that Client achieves his training objective for his staff at head office and personnel who will be dispatched to the overseas project. This program will help Client¡¯s personnel understand contractual risks and seek counter-measures against them, therefore contributing to maximize profit in the project.

 Curriculum of Program
  • For staff at the ordinary training program: Standard Conditions of Contract
  • For personnel who will be dispatched to an overseas project: Contract Documents for the particular project
  • Training through discussion and analytical approach other than one-way lecture
 Schedule of Program
  • 1 ~ 5 day program subject to Client¡¯s sole discretion
  • For any staff with keen interest in contract management, project participants, or members of supporting team for overseas project
